On March 22, 2012, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., March 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Astoria Financial Corporation (NYSE: AF), announced that it expects to report first quarter 2012 earnings on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at approximately 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).
