Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 8, 2022, LXP Industrial Trust, or the Trust, issued a press release announcing that its Board of Trustees has initiated a review of the Trust’s strategic alternatives. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
In December 2021 and in addition to other transaction activity, (1) the Trust acquired (i) a 95.5% ownership interest in a newly-formed consolidated joint venture that owns an approximately 420-acre developable land parcel in the Phoenix, Arizona market and (ii) an 80% ownership interest in a newly-formed consolidated joint venture that owns an approximately 70-acre developable land parcel in the Indianapolis, Indiana market; and (2) the Trust’s joint venture subdivided the 84-acre parcel of developable land known as the ETNA Park 70 East project into (i) a 63-acre land parcel that was distributed to a newly-formed consolidated joint venture in which the Trust has a 95% interest and which is currently under development, and (ii) a 21-acre developable land parcel retained by the existing joint venture.

LXP Industrial Trust Board of Trustees to Review Strategic Alternatives to Maximize Shareholder Value
NEW YORK – February 8, 2022 – LXP Industrial Trust (NYSE: LXP) (“LXP” or the “Company”), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on single-tenant warehouse and distribution real estate investments, today announced that its Board of Trustees has initiated a review of the Company’s strategic alternatives. With the support of its independent financial advisors, the Board will consider a wide range of options including, among other things, a sale, merger and other business combinations.

LXP has not set a timetable for the review process, nor has it made any decisions related to any potential strategic alternatives at this time.
