The statements on pages 12, 41 and 43 of the Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A of Lexington Realty Trust dated April 3, 2018 indicating that the Board of Trustees unanimously recommends approval of each proposal set forth therein are hereby clarified by the removal of the word “unanimously” in each instance.
