Subsequent Events

Subsequent to September 30, 2014 and in addition to disclosures elsewhere in the financial statements, the Company:

• acquired a land parcel in New York, New York for $30,426, which is net leased for a 99-year term. The improvements on the land parcel are owned by the tenant under the Company lease and currently consist of a hotel; and

• acquired an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Vineland, New Jersey for $19,100, which is net leased for a 28-year term.
