Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On December 18, 2014, Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its previously announced acquisition of the outstanding equity of MDS Global Holding p.l.c., a public limited company formed under the laws of Malta (“Bevyz”), that it did not already own.  Prior to the acquisition the Company owned approximately 15% of Bevyz on a fully diluted basis.
