Dividends

The Company’s current quarterly dividend is $0.70 per share, compared to $0.65 in the third quarter of 2019. On April 15, 2020, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.70 per share, which was paid on May 15, 2020.

The remaining amount available for stock repurchases under the approved plan was $3,833 at May 10, 2020. Purchases are made from time to time, as conditions warrant, in the open market or in block purchases and pursuant to plans under SEC Rule 10b5-1.
