(b)      On March 19, 2017, Kenneth Schafer, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Tucows Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Company, effective March 24, 2017. Mr. Schafer is resigning from the Company to pursue other interests, and his resignation is not a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
