(b)     On March 1, 2016, Tucows Inc. (the “Company”) received a written letter of resignation from Joichi Ito stating that Mr. Ito resigned, effective immediately, from his position on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. Mr. Ito’s resignation from the Board is not a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
