Income Taxes: During the second quarter of 2020, we deferred $4.4 million in federal and state income tax payments as allowed under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (the “CARES’ Act), which was signed into law in March 2020 to help businesses navigate COVID-19 related challenges. The deferred federal and state income tax payments were made in the third quarter of 2020.
