(b) On June 3, 2015, Ms. Barbara Riching resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer of OXiGENE, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately, to pursue other interests. The Company intends to enter into a separation agreement with Ms. Riching in connection with her departure, on terms consistent with her employment agreement with the Company.
