Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosures
On July 25, 2019, the board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 3, 2019.
On July 25, 2019, the Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
