BRAZAURO GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

 

Houston, Texas - Brazauro has granted stock options to purchase 2,355,000 shares at $0.75 per share to employees, directors and consultants. 1,119,000 of these options replace options which expired in 2009. The options will expire December 15, 2014.
