(b) On July 1, 2009, Clive Wood, Ph.D. informed Dyax that he will resign from his position as Executive Vice President Discovery Research and Chief Scientific Officer effective July 10, 2009. Dyax intends to transition Dr. Wood's responsibilities to existing members of its discovery research leadership team.
