CAMDEN PROPERTY TRUST ANNOUNCES
PRICING OF COMMON SHARES
Houston, TEXAS (June 2, 2006) —Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) today announced that it has priced a public offering of 3,600,000 common shares at a price to the public of $71.25 per share. The offering is expected to close on June 7, 2006. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., the sole underwriter of the offering, has been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 360,000 common shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Camden intends to use the net proceeds from the sale to reduce indebtedness on its unsecured line of credit allowing additional capacity to fund its current and future development activities and for general corporate purposes.
