Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On May 14, 2020, Camden Property Trust, a Texas real estate investment trust (the “Company”), filed a new shelf registration statement on Form S-3 to replace its expiring shelf registration statement. On May 15, 2020, the Company terminated the agreements, dated May 16, 2017, which created its existing “at the market” sales program, as the Company’s common shares which were registered under the expired shelf registration statement could no longer be offered or sold under these agreements.
