Acquisitions [Text Block]	5. Acquisitions and Dispositions Asset Acquisition of Operating Properties. We did not acquire any operating properties in the three months ended March 31, 2020. In February 2019, we acquired one operating property comprised of 316 apartment homes located in Scottsdale, Arizona for approximately $97.1 million. Acquisition of Land. In January 2020, we acquired 4.9 acres of land in Raleigh, North Carolina for approximately $18.2 million for the future development of approximately 355 apartment homes. We did not acquire any land during the three months ended March 31, 2019. Disposition of Land. In March 2020, we sold approximately 4.7 acres of land adjacent to one of our operating properties in Raleigh, North Carolina for approximately $0.8 million and recognized a gain of $0.4 million. We did not sell any land during the three months ended March 31, 2019.
