NOTE 14: OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES

Other operating expenses consist of the following:

The Company had aggregate annual equipment rental expense of approximately $1.9 million in 2014, $1.7 million in 2013 and $1.3 million in 2012.  During 2012, the Company transitioned from purchasing to leasing its ATMs, accounting for approximately $1,283,000 of the 2014 rental expense and $1,153,000 of the 2013 rental expense.  The Company had aggregate annual occupancy rental expense of approximately $3,706,000 in 2014, $2,385,000 in 2013 and $1,617,000 in 2012.
