ITEM  8.01.  OTHER  EVENTS

     On  September  25,  2009,  N-Viro International Corporation (the "Company")
issued  a  press  release  regarding  a  live  interview  of the Company's Chief
Executive  Officer  on "Corporate Strategies with Tim Connolly" on the same day.
The  release  has  been  attached  as  Exhibit  99.1  to  this  Form  8-K.

     On  September  29, 2009, the Company issued a press release regarding their
presentation  at  a  conference  in  New  York  City on September 30, 2009.  The
release  has  been  attached  as  Exhibit  99.2  to  this  Form  8-K.
