On November 18, 2009, the Company publicly announced the filing of a patent infringement lawsuit against the Windsor, Ontario, Canada-based subsidiary of Germany-based W.E.T. Automotive Systems AG. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
