Other Expenses	12. OTHER EXPENSES Other expenses for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014 included expenses of approximately $502 and $659, respectively, related to the upgrade of the Company’s operating and financial software systems. For the six months ended June 30, 2014, other expenses also included casualty losses of $750 primarily related to extreme winter weather conditions in many of the Company’s markets, and due to fire damage at one of the Company’s Atlanta, Georgia communities.
