On December 27, 2011, Ned Sherwood issued a press release announcing the issuance of a letter to stockholders relating to ChinaCast Education Corporation (“ChinaCast”). Also on December 27, 2011, Mr. Sherwood disseminated an investor presentation relating to ChinaCast.
