Restructuring Costs	Restructuring Costs The Company completed the closure of the Alliance, Ohio ("Alliance") location in October 2017. Orders after September 30, 2017 are processed and manufactured by the Cleveland, Ohio location. As a result of the closure, Alliance incurred non-cash charges as of September 30, 2017. The remaining estimated exit costs are to be expensed as incurred, which included workforce reduction costs. Workforce reduction costs incurred at September 30, 2017 were approximately $215, of which a $15 was paid by September 30, 2017 and the remainder was paid in the first quarter of fiscal 2018.
