Subsequent events	Subsequent events The lease arrangement for the Alliance facility expired on December 10, 2015. The Company is on a month to month lease arrangement with its landlord and are in negotiations with the landlord to transfer ownership. The collective bargaining agreement with the employees at the C*Blade facility, expired on December 31, 2015. Negotiations regarding extension or renewal of the agreement are ongoing.
