We held our 2023 annual meeting of stockholders on December 8, 2023 (the “Annual Meeting”). Of the 960,183,475 shares of our common stock outstanding as of the record date of October 13, 2023, 868,333,246 shares were represented at the Annual Meeting, either in person or by proxy, constituting approximately 90% of the outstanding shares of common stock.
