Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In April 2018, the Company's Board of Directors declared a $0.35 cash dividend per common share payable on May 15, 2018 to each shareholder of record on April 30, 2018, and the Trustees of Tanger GP Trust declared a $0.35 cash distribution per Operating Partnership unit to the Operating Partnership's unitholders.
