Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events Dispositions On October 7, the Company sold a land parcel in its Henderson Avenue Portfolio in Dallas, Texas, for $3.0 million. On October 13, 2022, Fund IV disposed of an unconsolidated property for $46.1 million. Financing Activities On October 31, 2022, Fund IV extended a mortgage on a property with an outstanding balance of $25.5 million to mature on April 28, 2023, pursuant to an existing extension option.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
