Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During April 2015, Fund III completed the disposition of its White City property located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts for a sales price of $96.8 million. During April 2015, Fund IV completed the acquisition of 801 Madison Avenue located in Manhattan, New York for a purchase price of $33.0 million. During April 2015, the Company acquired the remaining 77.78% interest in the Route 202 Shopping Center (Note 5) for $5.6 million. In connection with this transaction, the Company was repaid $5.6 million on an outstanding note receivable.
