Item 8.01 Other Events

On March 13, 2015, Acadia Realty Trust (the "Company"), completed the acquisition of a property located in San Francisco, California for a purchase price of $155.0 million. As previously announced, the Company had entered into a contract to acquire this 204,000 square foot, CityTarget-anchored urban shopping center during the fourth quarter of 2014.
