Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company earned property management fees, construction, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated affiliates totaling $0.06 million and $0.03 million for the three months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively, and $0.04 million and $0.04 million for the six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. Lee Wielansky, the Lead Trustee of the Company, was paid a consulting fee of $0.025 million for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and $0.05 million for the six months ended June 30, 2013. The consulting agreement was terminated as of December 31, 2013 and no such fees were incurred during the three or six months ended June 30, 2014.
