Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company earned property management fees, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated affiliates totaling $0.03 million and $0.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and $0.04 million and $0.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Lee Wielansky, the Lead Trustee of the Company, was paid a consulting fee of $25,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively and $50,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
