Item 8.01 Other Events.

As previously announced by us and Sanofi in a joint press release on February 3, 2015, AFREZZA® is now available by prescription in United States retail pharmacies. AFREZZA, our only approved product, is a rapid-acting inhaled insulin that was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on June 27, 2014 to improve glycemic control in adult patients with diabetes.
