Item 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On May 20, 2008, Point Blank Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the dispute in Delaware regarding the timing of its 2008 annual meeting of stockholders has been resolved. The annual meeting will be held on August 19, 2008, as previously scheduled by the Company’s Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
