Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On May 5, 2008, the contracting officer for Contract SPM1C1-07-R-0008 (MOLLE contract) requested that the proposal submitted from Point Blank Solutions (the “Company”) in October 2007 be extended until May 31, 2008. On May 5, 2008, the Company decided to extend its proposal in accordance with the contracting officer’s request.
