Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 8, 2010, Point Blank Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing plans to explore strategic alternatives, which includes a sale process, pursuant to Section 363 of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
