On November 2, 2009, Point Blank Solutions, Inc. announced that it will be filing its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2009 on Monday, November 9, 2009 after market close and that it will be hosting a teleconference and webcast to discuss its results on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
