(NYSE: STN - News; "Station" or "the Company") announced today that Lynette Boggs-McDonald has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors. Ms. Boggs-McDonald joined the Company's board in July 2003. Ms. Boggs-McDonald said the she is resigning from the board in order to devote her full time and attention to her new position on the Clark County Commission. Ms. Boggs-McDonald was appointed to the Clark County Commission today by Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn.
