Revenue from Contract with Customer [Abstract]
Revenue, policy
Revenue is recognized when performance obligations under the terms of a contract with a customer are satisfied, in an amount representing the consideration the Company expects to receive in exchange for transferring goods to the customer. The Company’s primary source of revenue is derived from the sale of automotive aftermarket parts and merchandise to its customers. Generally, the Company’s performance obligations are satisfied when the customer takes possession of the merchandise, which normally occurs immediately at the point of sale or through same day delivery of the merchandise. All sales are recorded net of estimated returns allowances, discounts and taxes.
