ITEM 5.05  AMENDMENTS TO THE REGISTRANT’S CODE OF ETHICS, OR WAIVER OF A PROVISION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS

 

On two occasions in late March and early April 2015, Jure Sola, Sanmina Corporation's Chief Executive Officer, and an immediate relative of Mr. Sola travelled on an aircraft leased by Sanmina in order to attend to a family medical emergency. On June 8, 2015, Sanmina’s Board of Directors waived Section III (K) of Sanmina's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which restricts the use of Sanmina assets for non-business purposes, with respect to these flights. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the imputed income attributable to him as a result of both flights.
