Income Taxes	Note 4. Income Taxes Our effective tax rate increased for the current thirteen-week period to 37.8% versus 35.4% in the prior period. Our effective tax rate was higher in the current quarter compared to last year due to a favorable state income tax audit settlement last year as well as the non-deductibility of certain Boston Proper acquisition and integration costs in the current period.
