Related Party Transactions	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of September 30, 2020, the Company had notes payable to related party of $332,852. The amount payable was in relation to the agreed amount to buyout of shares held by former officer and employees of Textmunication Inc. As of December 31, 2019, there were approximately $11,650 of related party payables.
