SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 8, 2017, the Company announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Old Dominion Brush Company, Inc. (ODB). ODB manufactures and sells replacement brooms for street sweepers and leaf vacuum units primarily sold to municipalities, contractors and commercial landscape markets. The purchase is expected to close in the near future and is subject to pre-closing requirements.
