Rental Equipment

Rental equipment is shown net of accumulated depreciation of $7,363,000 and $3,435,000 at September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively. The Company recognized depreciation expense of $2,018,000 and $717,000 for the three month ending September 30, 2015 and September 30, 2014, respectively and $5,683,000 and $1,361,000 for the nine months ending September 30, 2015 and September 30, 2014, respectively.
