NOTE G – OTHER INCOME / EXPENSE

Other income in Fiscal 2015 consisted primarily from payments received under a Strategic Manufacturing and Cooperation Agreement with a contract-manufacturing customer. Other income in Fiscal 2014 consisted primarily of proceeds from a settlement.
