On June 19, 2007 Keith E. Palmer resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer to pursue other career opportunities and business interests. Palmer’s resignation shall be effective as of July 9, 2007. The Company is currently seeking a replacement.
