STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM	NOTE 13 – STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM On April 18, 2019, we announced a share repurchase authorization of up to $350 million of common stock. This authorization replaces previous authorizations and has no expiration date. We may repurchase shares through the open market, privately negotiated transactions or other programs, subject to market conditions. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019, we repurchased approximately 300 thousand and 493 thousand shares for approximately $35.8 million and $54.9 million, respectively. During the nine months ended September 30, 2018, we repurchased approximately 668 thousand shares for approximately $61.7 million. We did not repurchase any shares during the quarter ended September 30, 2018. As of September 30, 2019, there was $310.1 million of authorized share repurchases available to us.
