On October 31, 2019, AptarGroup, Inc. announced certain information related to its results of operations for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019.  The press release regarding this announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On October 31, 2019, Marc Prieur, President, Aptar Food + Beverage since September 2018, was appointed to the position of President, Aptar Beauty + Home. Heidi Tlili, who has been with the Company since 2016 and served as President, Aptar Beauty + Home, EMEA since 2018, has been appointed to succeed Mr. Prieur as President, Aptar Food + Beverage. Eldon Schaffer, who has served as President, Aptar Beauty + Home, since January 2016, has been reassigned to Executive Vice President, Strategic Projects and Commercial Excellence, and will continue to serve as an executive officer in his new position. As part of Mr. Schaffer’s new role, the Company sent a letter providing for the non-renewal of his current employment agreement which, as a result, will expire on December 31, 2021.
