EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS

In order to meet or exceed minimum funding levels required by U.S. law, the Company has contributed approximately $12.2 million to its domestic defined benefit plan during the first half of 2011 and does not anticipate any further contribution during 2011.  The Company also expects to contribute approximately $2.2 million to its foreign defined benefit plans in 2011 and has contributed approximately $0.5 million during the first half of 2011.
