STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM

On April 18, 2019, we announced a share repurchase authorization of up to $350 million of common stock. This authorization replaces previous authorizations and has no expiration date. We may repurchase shares through the open market, privately negotiated transactions or other programs, subject to market conditions.

During the three months ended March 31, 2022, we repurchased approximately 140 thousand shares for approximately $16.0 million. During the three months ended March 31, 2021, we did not repurchase any shares. As of March 31, 2022, there was $184.4 million of authorized share repurchases remaining under the existing authorization.
