Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 28, 2022, Richard A. Lechleiter submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Amedisys, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Lechleiter’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
