Share Repurchase Program	12. SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM On August 6, 2010, our Board of Directors authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $60.0 million of our common stock. Purchases were allowable through open market and privately negotiated transactions, at times and in such amounts as management deems appropriate, including pursuant to one or more Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. The share repurchase program expired on September 30, 2011. During 2010, pursuant to this program, we repurchased 495,815 shares of our common stock at a weighted average price of $23.79 per share and a total cost of approximately $11.8 million. The repurchased shares are classified as treasury shares.
